Founded in 1997 by Francis Delaney, Falkirk Heating & Air began as a small operation after a particularly brutal Chicago winter left many neighbors struggling with broken furnaces. Francis Delaney noticed that families were scared and confused, so they created a fun, approachable service style—complete with animated mascot characters to make HVAC feel less intimidating. They quickly gained local trust through word-of-mouth, especially after one memorable incident where the team used a special 'vent-squirt' technique to rescue a pet from a stuck vent during a power outage.
